Account Register

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering on km8. Creating an account with false details is prohibited and may result in account termination.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• A maximum of one account is permitted per person.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password must be at least 8 characters long and must be stored securely.
• Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.

Km8 reserves the right to decline any account registration at any time and without providing a reason.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Km8 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. This process is known as Know Your Customer, or KYC.

Km8 may request the following documents prior to processing a withdrawal or for deposits exceeding a specified limit:

Failure to submit KYC documents, or providing false documentation, may result in account suspension or termination, and km8 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit (within applicable limits).
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is published on the km8 payments page.
• Processing times vary by payment method — typically between 1 and 48 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until all active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Bonuses & Promotions

Km8 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Every bonus comes with a Wagering Requirement. For example, "20x wagering" means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when playing with a bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected from the same device, IP address, or household, action may be taken against all associated accounts.
• Km8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

Gaming Rules

• Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system — all results are completely fair and random.

• Exploiting any software bug or glitch is strictly prohibited.
• Bets will not be accepted if your balance is insufficient.

Limitation of Liability

Km8 is not liable for the following:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by issues with your own device.
• Technical errors caused by third-party game providers.
• Financial losses resulting from your own gaming decisions.

Km8 strives to maintain the highest technical standards, though 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.

Account Closure

Members may request to close their account at any time. km8 may also close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity.
• KYC verification failure.
• Access from a restricted region.

The policy on refunding balances after an account is closed will be determined based on the circumstances.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Km8 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
